Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children in home or clinic settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA and team members to support skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or adolescents.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID or ID card.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Follow supervising BCBA written treatment plans.
• Accurately collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings regularly.
• Must have reliable vehicle and drive to locations on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
