Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in-home or at the center. The position includes paid training to become an RBT and opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Ideal candidates have experience with children and autism, and a commitment to improving developmental skills such as behavior management, toileting, feeding, and compliance. Flexible hours and travel up to 25% are available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism.
• Clear and effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting.
• Other duties as assigned.
