Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing ABA therapy provider delivering in-home services to children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans in clients' homes.

You will collect data, participate in ongoing staff training, and communicate regularly with supervisory staff. Weekday and weekend availability is required, with daylight hours and opportunities for career advancement within the network.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education
• Weekday and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect therapy session data
