Job summary

Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides in-home therapy for children with autism. As a Behavior Technician, you work under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-to-one behavioral interventions in the home and participating in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.

Weekday and weekend availability is required (M-F 4–7pm, weekends 10–2pm). You will collect therapy session data and maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
