Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work directly in the homes of children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized ABA plans, collect data, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to monitor progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Willingness to work in home-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
