Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. This role emphasizes data collection, communication with supervisors, and adherence to individualized intervention plans.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:30–1:30 in school settings; weekend availability may be required. The provider network offers exclusive training, career growth, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• Active RBT Certification.
• Ability to work in the homes of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
