Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized interventions, collect data, and participate in ongoing training to support families in their home environment.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year ABA experience and a BA in a related field, or are pursuing relevant education. Daytime hours and occasional weekend shifts are available, with opportunities for career

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or pursuing relevant education.
• Strong communication with families and supervision teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
