Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy in the homes of children with autism, with supervision from a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing intervention plans and collecting data.

You'll participate in ongoing training, communicate with supervisory staff, and contribute to the child’s progress. Availability on both weekdays and weekends helps families access services with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
