Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician/Behavior Tech to provide 1:1 ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Requirements include a high school diploma, at least 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities, and the ability to obtain background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Background checks and health screenings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Collect data, document sessions, and share progress with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and teachers to ensure consistency of care.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, and ongoing training.
