Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, and communities. Work is after-school, afternoons and evenings, with supervision from a BCBA and a clear path to RBT certification.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule, training sponsorship, and ongoing BCBA supervision hours, plus tuition assistance and scholarships for mastery-level education.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for in-home travel.
• Patience, compassion, and commitment to helping children with autism.
• Ability to work independently and with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy.
• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track progress and inform updates.
• Collaborate with BCBA and families to ensure skill carryover at home.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
