Job summary

Elba Behavior Solutions in Philadelphia, PA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will foster communication, independence, and social skills through individualized plans.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus. RBT certification is preferred, with training provided to obtain it; must be able to lift 30-50 lbs

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred, but training provided to obtain it.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stay active while working with children.

Responsibilities

• Direct Therapy: 1:1 behavioral intervention in homes or community settings.
• Skill acquisition: teach communication, social, and daily living skills using positive reinforcement.
• Data collection: record and track client progress using digital platforms.
• Collaborative support: work with families to generalize skills and ensure consistent care.
• Safety: maintain safe environments and adhere to BACB Ethical Guidelines.
