Job summary

Step Up Family Services LLC seeks an RBT/BT to implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision in in-home and center-based settings. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, collect data, and support skill acquisition in communication, social, adaptive, and academic domains.

The role requires a high school diploma, with preferred further studies in psychology or education. Training, supervision, and growth opportunities are provided, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred but not required at hire; may be required within 90 days if applicable.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision of BCBA.
• Record and maintain accurate client data.
• Implement skill acquisition programs focusing on communication, social, adaptive, and academic skills.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols per BCBA guidance.
• Assist generalization of skills across environments and people.
• Provide reinforcement and prompts per treatment plan.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct per BACB guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical team.
• Ensure health and safety of clients at all times.
