Elba Behavior Solutions in Philadelphia, PA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in homes and community settings under BCBA supervision. You will foster communication, independence, and social skills through individualized plans.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus. RBT certification is preferred, with training provided to obtain it; must be able to lift 30-50 lbs
Location: Philadelphia, PA (In-home & Community-based)
Compensation: $22 per hour for billable case hours
