Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans, collecting session data, and maintaining open communication with supervisory staff.

Eligible candidates have at least 1 year of ABA experience and hold a BA in a related field (or are pursuing relevant education).

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data
