Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Brooksville, FL is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA programs and support children and families in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a client-centered approach.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Support the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
