Job summary

Evolution Behavioral Health Service, a Finni Health company, is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy in-home in Aldie, VA. You will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop life, communication, and social skills.

Responsibilities include data collection, behavior-reduction goals, and maintaining professionalism with families. Qualified candidates will have RBT certification (preferred) and experience with

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred).
• Experience with children or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred).
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required).
• Background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education
