Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under supervision. The role offers part-time or full-time opportunities and requires you to work in the home, community, or school setting to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data, implement tailored treatment plans, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
