Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will implement therapy programs, teach functional skills, and help families carry out behavior plans.

We offer a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and supervision by experienced BCBA professionals. PTO/sick time is provided to hourly employees, with additional compensation for RBT certification

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification from the BACB website.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in-home and community settings under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by the BCBA.
• Teach skills to meet functional goals and daily living needs.
• Complete progress notes in data collection system.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior plan implementation.
