Job summary

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in Trenton, TN. You will provide in-home ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA.

We are hiring for part-time afternoon hours only, Monday through Friday, 10:30am-2:30pm. This role includes training to obtain RBT certification, PTO and sick time for part-time staff, mileage reimbursement, and health insurance options for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• CPR certification required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
