Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a child in Dickson, TN. The role involves delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision and collecting progress data.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 12:00pm-3:00pm) with competitive pay and opportunities for supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification. Background check required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completed 40-hour RBT training (Required).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
