Job summary

Applied Behavior Advisors, a Finni Health company, seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work in Tullahoma, TN. You will provide in-home ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision, helping families improve daily skills and communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
