Job summary

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our in-home ABA team in Trenton, TN. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

This part-time role offers 15 hours per week, Monday–Friday afternoons, with training and support to obtain RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, PTO accrual, and optional health benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Active CPR certification (Required).
• RBT certification (Preferred) or willingness to obtain it within a set timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour

About The Role

KB Behavioral Health, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Trenton, TN. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

We are currently hiring for part-time afternoon hours only.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 15 hours per week (In-home)
• Candidates must be available for all weekdays during these hours

What You’ll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions
