Job summary

Open Doors ABA, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in Mt. Juliet, TN. This in-home, part-time role provides one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, delivering services and collecting progress data.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home/clinic/school setting.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBA.
• Attend required team meetings and training sessions.
