Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking RBTs and BTs to provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers flexible scheduling with multiple schedules, certification support, and opportunities to grow within a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of ABA and previous experience working with autism/developmental disabilities required.
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
