Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities in Thomasville, NC, and surrounding areas.

You will work 1:1 in-home sessions under BCBA supervision, collecting data and delivering individualized ABA plans while supporting communication and daily living skills. Flexible scheduling is available with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
