Job summary

HireCare Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will work 1:1 with clients, under BCBA supervision, helping develop communication, social, and daily living skills through structured teaching and positive reinforcement.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules, paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities to grow in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• RBT certification preferred but not required (training provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during sessions
• Communicate progress and observations with your clinical team
• Complete timely session notes and documentation
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families
• Follow ethical ABA practices and maintain confidentiality
