Job summary

Autumn ABA in New Jersey seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy for a preschool client after school. You'll work under a BCBA, with a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include data tracking, notes, and collaboration with the supervising BCBA; requirements include a HS diploma, with a Bachelor's preferred, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in psychology, special education, or social work.
• Experience with young children preferred.
• In-home ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members
