Job summary

Autumn ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a preschooler with autism in New Jersey after school hours.

The role emphasizes a supportive work culture, flexible scheduling, and competitive pay with potential travel compensation. You will work under supervision to deliver effective therapy and track progress remotely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• BT/RBT experience or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA services in the home for children with autism.
• Track and maintain data collection for sessions.
• Keep anecdotal session notes and required paperwork.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and team.
