Waystone Health & Human Services seeks a compassionate Skills Trainer Teacher (In Home ABA) to provide 1:1 ABA services in home and community settings, collaborating with families and the Service Navigator.

The role requires collecting data, coordinating with behaviorists, flexible scheduling, and driving to client homes. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with RBT/SPED background a plus.

Qualifikationen

• ABA home-based services and 1:1 ABA delivery in home/community
• Must read/write/comprehend English to document services and communicate with families
• RBT certificate or SPED paraprofessional experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required
• Experience with ASD or related disabilities preferred
• Valid driver’s license and at least 1 year driving experience

Aufgaben

• Implement goals and benchmarks in the home/community using ABA
• Collect data on goals and report monthly to the Behaviorist
• Discuss schedule changes with Service Navigator and submit timecards on time
• Consult with behaviorists and Service Navigators on mid-year/year-end reports
• Work 1:1 with student and family, coordinating with the team
