Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will work under supervision to help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home settings (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
