Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Forest City, NC is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role focuses on implementing behavioral plans, collecting data, and supporting families to maximize progress.

The position is part-time with flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and ongoing training to expand your skills in autism intervention. Previous experience with autism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Communicate with families and team members to share observations and concerns.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients and families.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care.
