Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Waynesville, North Carolina. You will work under supervision of a BCBA and fellow RBTs to implement behavior plans and support families.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, RBT certification or willing to obtain within 6 months, experience with ASD, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with ASD or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA or Lead RBT.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Assist with parent training and education.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and families as needed.
