Job summary

The Treetop provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy services for children ages 2–18 in home, clinic, and community settings. An In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a BCBA to develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in familiar environments.

Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions, implement behavior plans, and record data in EMR while collaborating with families and supervising

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies.
