Job summary

The Treetop is seeking a dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to work under a BCBA delivering ABA therapy in clients’ homes, schools, and community settings. You will tailor sessions to each child’s needs and document progress to support positive change.

Qualifications

• Current state RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 15–20 hours per week preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement sessions in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Document client progress and participate in ongoing ABA training.
