Ambitions ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home therapy for children and families in Massachusetts. You will work under BCBA guidance, implement proven strategies, collect progress data, and communicate findings to the clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers, per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
