Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Experience working with children in professional or volunteer settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
