Job summary

Ambitions ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children in Brockton, MA. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and communicate progress with families.

Qualified candidates hold an RBT certification, have strong interpersonal skills, and will benefit from paid training, certified course access, and ongoing support from a clinical and admin team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with child-related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with clear goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers, adhering to BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
