Ambitions ABA in Massachusetts is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team. You will work with children and their families to implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Free access to RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
