Ambitions ABA offers in-home ABA therapy for children and families. We are looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team and follow BCBA guidance to support individualized treatment plans.

The RBT will prepare for sessions, implement intervention procedures, and maintain data and communication with families. We provide paid training, free CEUs, and exam fee coverage to help you grow as a clinician.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
