Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver evidence-based ABA services one-on-one in homes or clinic settings across Jesup, GA.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect data, collaborate with families, and help children aged 2-18 build essential skills.

The role offers daily pay, generous PTO, full benefits for 30+ hours/week, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.
