Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in clients' homes or clinics across Georgia. You will work one-on-one with children under BCBA supervision, helping them develop new skills and gain independence in familiar environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children across ages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using EMR
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team
