Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Georgia is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in clinic and home settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will conduct one-on-one sessions, collect progress data, and collaborate with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in clinic and home.
• Use data-driven techniques to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress in EMR and communicate with your BCBA.
