Job summary

The Treetop Therapy in Athens, GA is hiring an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home settings under BCBA supervision. You will help children build essential skills and independence in spaces where they feel comfortable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy sessions in clinic and in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track progress using EMR and communicate with supervising BCBA.
