Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Jesup, GA. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes under BCBA supervision to build essential skills and independence in familiar settings.

Requirements include an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. The role emphasizes data-driven therapy, collaboration with families, and ongoing supervision to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team.
