Job summary

The Treetop provides compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism in home, clinic, and community settings. As an In‑Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one‑on‑one with children under BCBA supervision to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
• TRICARE certification (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals.
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Support positive behavior change through evidence‑based ABA strategies.
