Job summary

The Treetop ABA in the United States is hiring In-Home Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and developmental differences in their homes. You will work 1:1 with clients under a supervising BCBA, implementing therapy plans and tracking progress to drive meaningful change.

We provide paid training to help you earn your RBT certification, ongoing supervision, and flexible scheduling to fit families' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ABA experience is a plus.
• Must be patient and dependable; able to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for each child under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized plans and track progress; celebrate breakthroughs.
• Work independently at clients' homes while staying connected with the clinical team.
