Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings under BCBA supervision. You will help children with autism build essential skills and independence in comfortable environments.

You will be part of a supportive team with paid training, DailyPay, and opportunities for professional growth toward BCBA/BCaBA roles, within a company that values teamwork and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
• TRICARE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients’ homes or clinics.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR and communicate with supervisor BCBA.
