Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, communities, or clinics. You will implement plans designed by a supervising BCBA and use play-based, naturalistic methods to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.

You will collect data, participate in supervision and trainings, and collaborate with BCBAs and families while upholding professionalism and confidentiality in a supportive, client-centered

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training
• Must pass a background check
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week
• Commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and ethical standards

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home, school, community, or clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment
