Carelinks ABA LLC seeks enthusiastic RBTs to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, community or clinic settings. Training is provided with supervision by a BCBA, focusing on naturalistic, child-led approaches to teach communication and life skills.

You will collect data, collaborate with families and BCBAs, and uphold confidentiality and professional ethics while supporting a positive therapeutic environment. PTO and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.
• Background check required.
• Consistent weekday availability preferred.

Mansioni

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.
