Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The position involves direct one-to-one intervention, data collection, and collaboration with supervising staff to ensure effective treatment plans.

Qualifications include a BA in a related field or current pursuit, a valid RBT certification, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques.
